We build solutions for our clients to extract data from third-party platforms, locally installed software and via APIs, process it using secure, custom-built pipelines, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics solutions.

2. Data We Collect

Through our website, we collect aggregated level data of users visiting our website www.quilytics.com. We use this data to understand the demography, interest groups, geography and age-group of the audience visiting and browsing our website. We do not automatically collect personal information like name, email address and phone number or other contact details unless provided to us by the user by filling a form or contacting us on our social media.

Only after signing NDA and approvals of Scope of Work, we collect and process two types of data at the project level:

a. Client-Provided Data

• Platform credentials (API keys, tokens)

• Configuration files and reporting requirements

• Business metrics, goals, and KPIs

b. API-Sourced Data

• Advertising campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, spend)

• Engagement data (e.g., conversions, demographics, geolocation)

• Any other data available and permitted by third-party API integrations

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly required and authorized by the client for business purposes.

3. How We Use the Data (collected at project level)

All data collected through client-provided credentials or sources remains the sole property of the client. Quilytics acts as a data processor and does not claim any ownership over the data accessed or processed.

• Role-based access control (RBAC)

• Periodic audit and monitoring of pipelines

Client data is only accessed by authorized personnel involved in the project.

6. Data Retention

We retain client data only for the duration necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations. Upon project completion or upon written request, we will:

• Delete all client data from our systems, or

• Return the data in a mutually agreed format

All client data, access credentials, and business intelligence are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs with clients and require all team members to adhere to strict confidentiality policies.

Quilytics may use third-party tools or platforms for data processing or visualization (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio). We ensure that all such tools comply with standard data privacy and security practices.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate access credentials

• Ensuring compliance with their own platform agreements (e.g., Google API terms)

• Informing us about any changes to data access permissions or requirements

If applicable, we support data subject rights as required by GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations:
